RIGA, June 1. Genera l Klech inski, ex-Ohief of the Lithuanian General Staff, was convicted by court-martial of espionage and; shot at Kovno. During the searches of houses occupied bv the Soviet commercial .delegation and Lithuanian Communists, the authorities seized documents compromising the Soviet Government, and 'the Lithuanian Cabinet is considering the absolute rupture of relations.
