RED POLLS. A herd with a great record is that of Mr B. W. Harvey at Waverley, who has sparedt no expense in building up on the soundest lines. His Wairoa stud, which will be submitted for sale on, Tuesday, May 31, includes 86 pedigree Red Polls, which have taken a very large number of show championships and prizes, and have proved also great producers of butter-fat. The herd includes two C.O.M. champion 'ows, while the- bulls used are from 5001 b butter-fat dams. The Farmers’ Co-op. and Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., are the auctioneers, and' they expect keen competition for these high-grade animals.
