NO MONEY TO PASS.

ANGLO-AMERICAN SETTLEMENT

BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.

PARIS, May 21. Following on the announcement that a settlement had been reached on the American-British war claims, political circles understand that the claims practically cancel each other. The question of compensation will be a matter between the subjects- and their respective Governments.
