NEW PARTY PROPOSED,
NEW SOUTH WALES DISPUTE
BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 12.30 p.m. to-day. SYDNEY, May 6. The latest political development in the faction fight in the Labour- Party is the proposed formation of a straight industrial political party a-s opposed to the Australian Labour Party. The prime movers who are laun-chiing the new proposal are alleged to be- members who were prominent in Hie Seale conference. Members- of the Parliamentary Labour Party have been actively canvassed and urged to throw in their lot with thei proposed mew party. Members of the Labour that the Ministry, as now constituted, cannot last long. There has been no Cabinet meshing for a fortnight and mo arrangements -have been, made for one.
