IMPERIAL BOARD TURNED DOWN BY CABI/E—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT: LONDON, April 27. At a special general meeting of the Rugby League, the clubs negatived a proposal seeking to create an Imperial Rugby League Board, also that seeking to bring the game in England directly under control of the council.
