LADIES’ GOLF CLUB. A general meeting of the Ladies’ Golf Club was held on Thursday, there being a very poor attendance, only nine members ’being present: Mesdames Harvey (in chair), Brewer, R. P. Palmer, C. Handley Pepper, Grey, and Beer, and Alisscs Cleary and Train. The following offiieers were elected: Airs. Beer (secretary) and Airs. R. P. Palmer (captain). A vote of thanks was accorded to Airs. Harvey for hei past services as captain of the club for so many years. Committee: Alesdames Pepper, Grev, Brewer, Johnston, Lup--5 on, and Aliases Cleary, Train, and Alc.Alec.kin. It was decided that an intermediate championship be played this year. To take in bronze medal players. The T.G.O. matches "will b*_ played on the second AVednesdav in the month, also on twe extra dat s, fourth Wednesday in May and June.
