MISERY IN MOROCCO. av cable—press association —copyright PARIS, April 4. There is intense misery in French .Morocco. There has been no rain for a month. The people of the sub-dis-trict are starving, and the crops are withering. The hungry-stricken country population is crowding to Marrakesh. It- has become a vast problem, how to keep the tribesmen alive till next year’s crops are harvested.
