WHEAT AND OATS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 1.10 p.m. to-day. LONDON, March 31. Wheat cargoes are steady, at late rates. The Continent is more interested in the near position. The shipment per Sorvard to the Continent sold as follows: Bags 53s Gd, bulk 535. Parcels were held for an advance ol 21, but the market was inactive. The billowing are the Liverpool quotations: March, 10s 9Ad, May 10s 3 3-Brl, July 10s 2 1-Sd, October 9s 115-Bd. Spot trade is quiet, with little change in prices Flour is slow; Australian exstore 39s to 39s 3d. Oats, firm; peas and beans quiet.
