REDUCTION OF CAPITAL. <\ CABLE-PBEBB ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT Received 10.45 a.m. to-day. LONDON, March 16. A t a meeting of shareholders of the Hand lev Page Company, a. motion was adopt; cl reducing the capital from £650.000 to £206,644. Preference shares were a"so reduced to 8s and ordinary shares to Is. The chaiiman. Air Worsley, explained that the directors hoped to recommend a 10 per cent, dividend on preference shares. The Jboard appointed in 1921 had liouidated heavv liabilities.
