In the following judgment summons cases the defendants were ordered to pay plaintiffs the amounts specified, in default imprisonment as .stated: —John Feaver v. Fred Kahui, £2 2s 6d forthwith, or two days; Hughsons Ltd. v. Dick Bishop, £29 8s Id, or 21 days (warrant to be .suspended during the pavment of £1 a month); Hughsons Ltd. v. E. Hill junr., £l3 6« lid, or 13 days (warrant to he suspended during the payment at the rate of 30s a week, payable monthly); A. Healey v. L. Mosen. £2 3s 6d forthwith, or two days; W. C. Coombes v. H. M. Wolfer junr., £4 17s 6d forthwith, or. four days; J. AVilson v. H. AVoller, £9 14s 6d and costs, 14,s 6d forthwith or nine days; J. Feaver v. R. Murphy, £5 3s 6d, forthwith, or five days; H. AV. Barraelougli v. E. Northcott, £ls 3s 6d and posts 15s forthwith, or 15 days.
