In the following judgment summons cases the defendants were ordered to pay plaintiffs the amounts specified, in default imprisonment as .stated: —John Feaver v. Fred Kahui, £2 2s 6d forthwith, or two days; Hughsons Ltd. v. Dick Bishop, £29 8s Id, or 21 days (warrant to be .suspended during the pavment of £1 a month); Hughsons Ltd. v. E.
