PRICES FOR FAT SHEEP. (by telegraph—press association.') WELLINGTON, March 5. The Meat Producers’ Board advises that the following prices were offered for fat stock for export on March 4: Poverty Bay: Prime woolly lambs; 361 b and under 7 3-Bd, 37 to 421 b 6ld, 431 b and over 6Jd; second quality lambs; 6Jd. Hawke’s Bay: Prime woolly lambs; 361 b and under B|d, 37 to 421 b 7£d, 431 b and over 6|d; second quality lambs, 7|d. Wellington: Prime woolly lambs, 361 b and under, BJd, 37 to 421 b and over 6fd; second quality lambs, 7£d; prime wethers, 561 b and under s£d, 57 to 641 b 4|d, 65 to 721 b 4|d; ewes 561 b and under 3id, 57 to 641 b 3d. Canterbury and North Otago: Prime woolly lambs, 361 b and under BJd, 37 to 421 b Bd, 431 b and over 7d; second quality lambs 7£d.
