U.S. BLUEJACKETS ORDERED TO THE SCENE. * BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRXOIIT Received 10.40 a.m. to-day. WASHINGTON, Feb. 15. After a conference between RearAdmiral Latimer, the United States commander in Nicaragua, and Senor Juan Sacasa, the Liberal leader, the Navy Departmetn on Tuesday ordered the transport Henderson at Philadelphia to sail to-morrow for Guatemala with 800 bluejackets.
