* EXCITING INCIDENT AT CAULFIELD. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRICitII MELBOURNE, Feb. 13 During the second race at Caulfield yesterday, fire broke out in the Guinta stand. The occupants refused to leave the stand uiitil the race finished ,tfien they came down, with a rush and watched the structure burn to the ground. The damage is estimated at £50,009. There. Ava-s no water available for the fire brigade, which was unable to help. '
