i\ 10NTH LY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the committee was held jn the Blanket Rooms on Tuesday. There were present: Mesdames * Wood (chair), Drayton, Weir, Avery, Gower, Picard, Carson, MacDonald, Isaacson, Best and Walsh. Apo lOgies were received from Mesdames Morton. Crump, A. Stewart, Stanmrs, Barv. Phillips, Campbell and Bridger. Subscriptions were paid by Mr and Mrs Carson, Mr and Mrs Fountaine, Mesdames L. White, O’Hagan, A. Stewart, MacDonald, C. Stanners, Hoi-rocks, Goldsmith, Ca-skie. and Messrs Crump, and C. White. A donation of 7s was received from the Power Board staff picnic and one of 2s 6d from Mr Turner. Accounts for £l7 10s and 6,s 8d were, passed for payment. It. was arranged that a house to house collection, -be held from 21st to26th F.thru-ary.
