... —♦ FOUR- SCHOLARSHIPS CREATED. DY TELEGRAPH—SPECIAL TO THE STAR. WELLINGTON, Feb. 10. In accordance with last session's legislation relating to scientific and industrial research, lour national research scholarships are to be awarded annually by the Council of Scientific Research to graduates'of. the New Zealand University, or other approved applicants. They are worth £IBO per annum, and the work of investigation shall be carried out at a university college or institution approved by ’ the council. The results are to be detailed in the form of a suitable publication.
