ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
..MOTOR- LORRY CAPSIZES. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. ) WELLINGTON, Jan. 31. A motor lorry, when returning with picnic party, broke away while descending a hill at Katarawa yesterday, owing to the brakes failing to act and classed down a bank. Three of the passengers were admitted to hospital. They were: Mrs. Elizabeth Tapp aged 26, who suffered bo cere injuries to her back and also •' om shock. Her conditions is reported to serious; Walter and Vivian Siely received severe abrasions and shock.
