PHYSICAL TRAINING.
MADE COMPULSORY FOR SPANIARDS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—OOP VRIGIU MADRID, Jan. 26. The Government has. published a deereei ordering all Spaniards, both men and women, to undergo physical training. Only persons certified as unfit by a doctor will be excused. Every citizen will be furnished with a card indicating his or her physical developments, which will he examined every ten days. The order aims, not only at the improvement, and conservation of public health, but at insuring that every be capable of taking part in the defence of his country.
