Le Martin states that the InterAllied Committee has provisionally approved of a portion of the Berlin agreement regarding Germany’s outstanding disarmament obligations. Only the endorsement of the Ambassadors’ Conference is needed to* make it. effective. Pertinax -says that <a compromise has already been reached regarding fortresses in Eastern Germany. The Ambassadors’ conference discussed it at 1 ength. . . .
