Mr. and Mrs. W. Palmer, of Auckland, who are on a motoring trip to Wellington, stayed at the White Hart Hotel last evening and left this morning on the continuation of their journey. The Rev. E. T. Cox, M.A., of Wanganui, who has been spending a holiday at Opunake, was a passenger by the mail train on his return journey this morning.
