Spain land Italy are suffering from torrential rain storms, causing severe floods with loss of life and incalculable damage to the orange groves in Spain. More than a hundred fiishing craft were lost on the Mediterranean coast and a- -huge floating dock was blown adrift. Six persons succumbed to the cokl in Madrid.
