NORTH v. (SOUTH. PLAY CONTINUED. In the junior cricket match, North v. South, at the Park to-day, continuing South’s innings, Barker and Fairweather Avent on to bat confidently, Barker showing pretty strokes on both sides of the wicket. Fifty went up and Fairweather had a life, being missed off a high one at the Avickets. A single, hoAA r ever, resulted, and Barker made his total twenty-two and brought up 50 Avith tAvo tAvos to leg. Hooker took the ball from Morris, and Fair AA T eather relished the change by pasting his third ball to square leg. Singles and a prettv long hit to leg by Barker brought up 60. Mather was next and brought up 70 by a single and three off Hooker.
