GEAR MEAT COMPANY’S ANNUAL MEETING. (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.! WELLINGTON, Dec. 15. At the annual meeting of the Gear Meat Co. held to-day, the report and balance-sheet were adopted. It was resolved to pav a dividend of Is 9d per share, less the interim dividend of 6d already paid, and to. nay a bonus of 3d oer share out of the insurance fund. Sir Francis Bell and 'Mr A. De B. Brandon were re-elected directors, and Mr E. W. Hunt and Mr E. R. Dymoclc as auditors.
