ELECTRIC LIGHT FAILS DURING FOG. BY CABLE- PRESS ASSOCIATION - COPYRIGHT Received 11 a.m. to-day. PARIS, Dec. 12. During a fog, described as equal to London’s worst, the electric light failed. The people either came to a standstill or groped about in the utter darkness. The Bourse was disorganised. and closed. The banks locked up their cash in drawers.
