COURTS AND OFFENCES.
ALLEGED AIDING AND ABETTING (BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 10. Arising out of the trial of Mrs. Wylie, alias Neville, who was found guilty in the Supreme Court on a charge of the illegal use of an instrument, Lily Hodge, alias Mrs. Wilson, to-day stood her trial on a charge of aiding and abetting. She pleaded not guilty to all charges. The Crown intimated that the charges would be withdrawn which related to offences on which Mrs. Wylie had been found not guilty. Evidence is now being heard.
