ATTACK ON BARRACKS. RAIDERS BEATEN OFF STATE EMERGENCY DECLARED. J Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGH'J. Received 12.5 p.m. to-day. DUBLIN. Nov. 21. The executive has issued a proclamation that a state of emergency exist*, in consequence of raids. Numerous arrests are expected. Received 12.15 p.m. to-day. DUBLIN, Nov. 21. Eight armed men motored to the burrocks of the Civic Guards at Dublin g*id when the sentry refused their admission, opened fire, shattering the windows and wounding a policeman. The guards, using their revolvers, wounded a raider. A ffying sffuacl searched Republicans’ houses in the vicinity and made many arrests. —Sydney S,un Gable.
