IMPERIAL CONFERENCE.
THE PLENARY SESSION NOT BEFORE FRIDAY. BY CAS LE —PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPYRIGHT. . LONDON, Nov. 9. ihe plenary -session of tlie Imperial Conference will not be held before Friday. In the meantime the committees arei nearing the completion of their reports on many subjects. The Economic Sub-committee to-day finished a review of the Imperial Shipping Committee’s work, and forwarded the recommendations to the full conference. The Economic Subcommittee will probably complete its work next week. The Nationality Committee is expected to exhaust its agenda at its next meeting: The sub-committee considering the procedure relating to treaties and their ratification, has made progress. Meetings were held of committees dealing with Imperial communication other than air, research and overseas settlement.
