The managers of the Now Zealand' League football team have advised the New Zealand Council that four forwards were ordered to return to the Dominion for refusing to play, and timt following this command three other players expressed a wish to return also. These seven men have not played since the first test match. The New Zealand Council has instructed the English League to intervene on its 'behalf, and it will abide by any decision reached.
