OBJECT OP QUESTIONNAIRE. BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION —COPYBIGKJ GENEVA, Nov. 4. The League Mandates Committee discussed the questionnaire probleni in view of the objections raised in September. „ , . Signor Theodoli (chairman), replying to the criticisms, said the object of the questionnaire was to facilitate the collection of information. He thought the mandatory Powers would _ prefer this to being: subjected to questions of which thev were not given notice. LONDON, Nov. 4.
Sir James Parr, who is attending the League Mandates Committee _at Geneva, missed the train this morning owing, to conference business. Thereupon, with his secretary, Mr Knowles, he aeroplaned to Paris and will arrive in time for the opening of the committee.
