Mr G. E. Reed, of Hawera, has receiver) word that his son, Mr Randolph C. Reed, has jessed his terms examinations in English and Education (firstyear advanced) at the University of Otago. Mr T. Waite, well known in wool circles, who was one of the Government valuers under the commandeer, has been appointed wool valuer for Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co., Ltd., and will act in conjunction with Mr Walter Wade, who has been so long and successfully associated with this firm. %
