The sale of freehold property in High street. Eltham, yesterday (reports the Argils) did not attract many buyers. When the property was submitted under the hammer there was only one bid, being that of the first mortgagee at £750, and at this figure the property was knocked down, the mortgagee becoming the purchaser.
