DAMAGES CANADIAN WHEAT HARVEST.

Advices from Winnipeg state, that wintry weather prevailing in the prairie provinces is causing the most serious delay in harvesting experienced for many years, and. it is feared that it will result in a- great loss to the farmers through deterioration m giade and value. Manitoba farmers are already suffering. The estimated, loss is 12,000,000 dollars. Inclement weather and snowstorms of blizzard proportions are prevailing in many sections today.
