BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT. Received 11.50 a.m to-day. ROME, Sept. 13. Perilla, chief of the Roman police, has been dismissed as the result of the attempt on the life of Signor Mussolini. Moixeada, general director of police, has resigned.
