PARKING POINTER.
When leaving the car in gear, as a means of holding it securely, always lock the emergency brake. This serves as a two-way precaution. The mamfeature of it is that, should you forget to put the gears in neutral wheu cranking the starter motor would not, or could hot, move the car if the emergency brake were set. The deep rattling noise from the-rear of the car when it is being driven through ruts iu a dirt road are a warning of loose spring bolts. These should be tightened up as soon as possible, and new bushings inserted if they have worn badly.
