When 'a neighbour knocked at her door .it was opened by 7 Airs. Thorau’,s grown-up daughter in a, demented condition. She said her mother was sick, but the .neighbour, on entering, found the body ol Airs. Thorau on the floor of the bedroom. She had been dead for six day’s. Apparently she fell and broke her meek, and her daughter, becoming deranged, thought she was only* -ill and continued attempts' during the whole period to teed the dead woman. The daughter was removed to an asylum.
