BY' CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 1.30 p.m. to-day VANCOUVER, Aug. 25, The Empire Parliamentary Association’s delegates to the conference in Australia sailed by the Aorangi at noon. —A. and, N.Z. Assn. SOME OF THE DELEGATION. Received 1.40 p.m. to-day. VANCOUVER, Aug. 25. The Parliamentary party includes the Marquis of Salisbury (chairman), the Rt. Hon. Arthur Henderson (vicechairman), the Rt. Hons. lan Mnepherson. Sir Evelyn Cecil, also Sir Frank Poison and Sir Henry Cowan. The delegation numbers a. score, and embraces English, Irish, _ Scottish, South Africans, and Canadians. Mr. Osmond Esmond, an Irish Parliamentarian, is conspicuous among the younger delegates, as a result of his deportation by Australia, and his arrest by the authorities in Vancouver, 8.C., during the war. —Aus.-N.Z.
