Secretary Kellogg said, in an address on Wednesday at Plattsburg: “The ‘Washington Government wants results 1 in the shape c.f progressive international agreements, to fix a limit and! ultimately reduce armaments, particularly in navies. He categorically denied that the administration contemplates a withdrawal from the Geneva discussions. He said the Government would continue working for the success of that effort.—Reuter.
