NEW ZEALAND CONSIGNMENTS' REFUSED. SY CARLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. Received 11.15 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY. July 31. Five consignments: of New Zealand potatoes, totalling 393 bags,, marked “seed potatoes,” which arrived at Sydnr-v hv the steamer Ivaitoki. have been ordered to he returned to the Dominion. This action was taken under the Commonwealth quarantine regulations, which totally prohibits the importation. -of seed potatoes.
