AFFILIATION WITH FIVE BE ANCHES WITHDRAWN. BY GABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—-OOPYR'.GHT. LONDON. July 29. The Labour Party’s executive has withdrawn affiliation with West Ham. Lewisham, Chelsea. Westminster, and Holborn branches for not carrying out the Liverpool conference's decision to exclude Communists from membership.
