TAUMARUNUI, - July 2. ; A hold-up occurred on -tlie Main Trunk railway last night; when the Limited, from Auckland; brake, a, main driving axle two miles south of Ivakahi, The ordinary express from Auckland was detained at Taumammii until 6.30 o’clock this morning and then sent to link up with the Limited. ,The two trains continued together to Wellington. Tlie- Limited express from the, south consequently was delayed, and ' left Taumarunui at 8.39 a.m; Tlib whole local time-table was disorganised for some time.
