It would be. a very .gad thing for the court to sit back and oonisder what- -the Government would think before awaking ,a,n award. No court can be influenced by threats.” ALr. Cook said that three to four thousand men: were deprived of an award. Judge Frazer: “The court has no w.i.sh to keep the cruteheilsi' out, of an award. We know the difficulties «und want you to .show bow to overcome them. The matter should be .settled by conference.
