' • NOTE. —The cows are a good lot of big bodied, great eonstitutioned animals of mixed breed, Jersey predominating; 65 are Jersey and good Jersey cross, the balance being JerseyHolstein and Shorthorn. The great majority are young, many being not over fourth calvers. They are in calf to pedigree Jersey bulls, which were put in on October 20, and are due as follows: 35 in July, 55 in August, and the balance in September.
