The Chamber of Commerce passed a resolution urging that the Government should insist on the Soviet’s recognition of the British debts, or terminate the Anglo-Russian trade agreement, because the delay in such recognition can only be interpreted as an acquiescence in the spoliation of British subjects.—Sydney* Sun Cable.
