He was a married man with a family, was in good circumstances, and was making money. A constable stated that the accused’s car was standing in the street. The accused and one woman were in the front seat, and another man and another woman were in the rear seat. The re was no question about the. accused’s condition or the condition of the other three persons. The two women were arrested' on a charge of drunkenness, but tire second man, escaped.
