AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE.
A SOUTH ISLAND SUGGESTION. IBY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION. I DUNEDIN, June 2. At a conference of delegates representing South Island agricultural and pastoral associations, a motion was carried to the effect that agricultural requirements could best be met by a. concentration of all available funds in the establishment of a single, fully-staffed and equipped agricultural college ; that the Government should defer its decision as to the location of this one agricultural college until an op}K>rtunity had been giv r en to such parts _of the Dominion as may desire to give evidence as to the suitability of their districts for the purpose.
