Briefly, they are as; follow: To cover the owner’s, liability of death or bodily injury to any person and damage to any pro.perty in the case of a ’bus having seating accommodation for seven persons, the limit of liability is £3oUO; for ’‘lmseiH licensed to carry (passengers in excess of seven it ivs increased by £SOO for each additional paissteng;e.r. The liability, therefore, works out. ns follows: Sevense&ter, £3500; 12iseiaite.r, £6OOO ; 20seater, £10,000; 30-sieater, .£15.000. The ‘amount that can be olialmea by any one injured person is limited to £2OOO.
The premiums fixed by the companies fco cover owners’ ld'a.bilities are: For .seven-seater. £35 per ainnum, with £1 additional for each seat to twelve and IDs 'additional for each seat in excess of 12. The premium on the 12-seater therefore, is £4O, on acfiOnseater £44, and on a 30-ssea.ter £49. Owners having five or • more ’buses l-eceive >a discount of five per cent. ; tbo.se with 10 or more 10 per cent.
