PAR REACHED AGAIN. BY CABLE—PKESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. LONDON, May Id. Exchange on New York reached par for the first time since the early days of the war. Continental exchanges are very low. French and Belgian Francs are 161 to the £l, and lira are at 143-1.
