OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOUR. BELGIAN MINISTER DENOUNCES VILLAGERS. BY CABLE—PBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT. BRUSSELS, April 29. Referring in the Senate to the burning of the effigy of Signor Mussolini in the village of Lalvuvelde, the Foreign Minister, M. Vandervelde, said that such outrageous behaviour towards the representatives of friendly countries could not be tolerated.
