Russo-German trade is expected to be considerable as the result of the reported decision of the German, firms who are prepared to supply certain articleSj chiefly heavy machinery, to Russia on credit, shall obtain _at least 60 per cent, of the money owing to them by Russian buyers. ' Should the latter and the Russian State Bank at Moscow, which will he guarantor for the buyer, both fail, the German guarantee covers 60 per cent, of £15,000,000 worth of goods. j
