PASSENGERS COMPLAIN OF TREATMENT.

In the Federal Court, Judge Debolt refused to grant a motion by the U.S.S Company of New Zealand, owners of the motor-ship Aorangi, to discuss a suit for 26,000 dollars for alleged damages, instituted by William and Mary Dooby, British, vaudeville performers, who complained of their treatment aboad the Aorangi last year.

The court gave defendants ten days in which to answer or plead. Mr. Dooby alleged that he and his wife were insulted by the officers of the Aorangi.
