Lu Chung-lin, from all posts. , The Premier of China, Teyao, has resigned, declaring himself guilty of necdigence in connection with the coup d’etat. All gates of the city are at present closed, except the Yungtingnien gate, where officials, flanked by bands of honour, await the arrival of Chang Tso-lin. —Reuter.
